Something I would recommend is also making dairy and soy free meals, just incase and that you have space. I can't use a lot of my batch meals because my little one has cow milk protein and soy allergy. I ended up having to make everything from scratch during that 4th trimester. But I make things like curries with coconut milk, sausage, chicken and beef casseroles, broth soups. Sauces that you can just chuck on pasta.
Shepards pie, spaghetti bolognese, stew, ramen, pasta and sauce, casserole, curries, stir fry
We've done mostly curry, chilli, bolognase, risotto and stews for evening meals and soups and burritos for lunches
Molly is spot on! That is basically what we had in our freezer and it was a lifesaver!! Also be sure to stock up on your favorite indulgent snacks. Food tasted so good to me pp and having my favorites made getting through the hormonal roller coaster those first 2 weeks a little more bearable. Good luck and take care 🫶🏼
Thanks all 🫶🏼
Lasagna, shepherds pie, muffins, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, stews, meatloaf, chillis. Good luck!
