Concerned about my marriage!

I really just need a rant here as I’m feeling angry and that’s not me at all! I feel like I’m losing myself. My husband has had a bad back since LO was 6 months old. He can barely do anything except his job which involves sitting in a chair 9-5. He has only recently begun to seek help for it, which so far isn’t working. Over the Christmas holidays he looked after our LO for 2 hours after his nap on some days which gave me a chance to finally gain some sanity. I was happy and actually chipper! He noticed the difference in me and said he’d do that every weekend from then on. He did it for the first weekend then not at all. In fact, I am still doing 90% of everything even on a weekend. He forgets everything due to his ADHD and I’m struggling with that in this situation. Example: today, I needed to batch cook some food for our LO which I’d planned on doing in the morning while my husband entertained. He took LO out for half an hour and then couldn’t even make a bloody sandwich, so I had to stop cooking. I can’t get anything done!!! It doesn’t matter if I remind him, he’ll forget within a very short time period. I even have to remind him that his toast has popped!! When he IS “entertaining” our LO he is mainly glued to his phone, which I HATE, and it doesn’t seem like he wants to talk to him. It’s like having a toddler and a teenager in the house. Maybe worse? I didn’t marry a teenager, he’s 40!! The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in over a month, there’s mud on the carpets, everything is untidy and I can’t even get my little one’s food ready. I’m seriously losing my patience and just feeling despair 😞 I work so hard to give my LO the best life and I don’t know what to do about my husband. We’ve talked, but it’s “in one ear and out the other”. I’m starting to really dislike him 😩 Urrgh
