Meals

Mums How much does your little one eat? I keep worrying that my daughter isn’t eating enough, she has a bowl of porridge and a yogurt for breakfast with about 7-8 ounces of cows milk. Then for lunch and dinner she will have around 250 or 300g of food. She always has some fruit too which she always finishes. Is this enough? My worry is that her dinner is around 5pm then she goes to bed around 9-9:30pm and I worry she is hungry. She usually doesn’t want to eat more after dinner but she will have around 10 ounces of milk at bedtime.

Shes still having quite a lot of milk so I wouldnt worry! Sounds good to me. Does she wake up? We do dinner at 5.30 ish then porridge for supper at 8 and then 5oz bottle before bed around 8.30 or so.

Girl, every child is different and there’s no right or wrong way. I can’t even remember what I did at this stage with my teenager. Whether they are having less food but still getting milk, so long as they are getting fed, that’s all that matters. I know now days they try and wean baby off milk a lot younger than back when I had my eldest, I’ll wean him off it when we are ready too. You’re doing great. ❤️

@CeeCee sometimes she does but that’s a 2 hour fun wake up at least that’s what I call it, i read it in the group others babies do this too but luckily it’s not that often she does it otherwise she sleeps through (odd bad dream here and there)

@GG thank you sweet, this helped 😘

@Gigi ah yeah okay probably not hunger then so thats good! yeppp we had a 3.50am til 5.20am party last night ☠️☠️☠️
