White jelly

TMI sorry mammas , I’m 29 weeks and I’m loosing thick white jelly sorta liquid? And I’ve had a period like ache all day… No cramps or anything just very sore and uncomfortable Baby boy is active but not as much as normal but Ive also been second guessing myself if he does kick and questioning if I felt it or imagined it … my belly keeps tightening also but has been for weeks … Anyone know what this could be?

If you google mucus plug does it look like that? I’d maybe give your midwife a call and speak with them, always the best port of call x

@Amy I did but some pictures looked similar and some looked the complete opposite 🤣 I have tried my midwife didn’t answer x

I had this alot during pregnancy, so definitely not something to worry about 🙂. I lost my mucus plug and trust me, you'll know if it's that as it was ALOT. Although, mine happened at 40 weeks so it was a bloody show at that point.

If your not sure call your delivery suite for advice x

Honestly some of the pictures are bizarre. If it does happen to be mucus plug it’s normal for it to be lost numerous times, always collects back up! Good luck getting through to the midwives x

@Amy thank you! No luck but baby has been super active so I’m not too concerned , no bleeding or anything so I’m going to see how I go through the night x
