Am I crazy

I really just want to buy a new high chair for my babe. I've had one that I saved for my girls. But it's bin in our garage and about a year ago we found mouse droppings in our stuff and the trays for the high chair never made it into a plastic bag. And now I'm so hesitant in using the high chair even If I do clean it. But what do I even clean it with? I know you shouldn't use bleach on a surface you eat on.
