How to stretch out and reduce naps?

My LO is still doing 4 or 5 30 min naps in the day. How do I get him to do 3 longer ones? I feel it may help his sleep at night as 4 or 5 seems alot but they're so short

Does your little sleep at night??

@Kirsty not really, its very inconsistent. Multiple wakings but some nights are 2 and others are 3+! Wondering if its anything to do with the naps but can't seem to figure it out.

I would say it's do with the naps... There isn't really any way of getting your little one to sleep longer.. Have you tried quiet upstairs??? I would say fight through a couple of the naps and try keep little one entertained and awake... My little girl only has 2 30 min naps on mid morning and one midafternoon and has only just started sleeping from 8pm until between and 6 am xx

Increase the wake windows so he is more tired? X huckleberry articles are really good to follow for appropriate naps and wake windows :)

@Kirsty thank you! What are her wake windows does she stay awake for longer than 2-3hrs? I think I need to try less naps for sure ! X
