Personally I’m not going to worry about it until I’m done breastfeeding. Just trying to focus on moving my body, eating a well balanced diet with protein and fiber to hopefully maintain weight. I BF my first till 8 months and it wasn’t till I stopped that I began to lose weight naturally. I think some people just hold on to it when BF.
I don't have a lot to lose, maybe a stone but for me it's more for the healthy eating. I found following slimming world forced me eat healthy. I worry I'm just eating rubbish and lack the control if that makes sense. I also miss the SW group.
As long as you’re keeping up with your calories and protein and eating healthy it shouldn’t be a problem. But if you cut out a ton of calories then it will. You don’t have to eat a TON! but like don’t go down to 1000 calories. Like probably stay 1300 or higher
