Working nights

Has anyone worked nights while having a baby how is it ? Cuz I haven’t started yet but I’m worried I’m leaving him w his dad he is 8 months and wakes up twice to drink milk but his dad is a deep sleeper. Im going to be working from 9pm-7am 3-4 days. I choose to work nights because I’m not comfortable yet putting him in day care and this makes sense for me please tell me your experience

I work nights. I have since I was pregnant and when I was 5w post c section I went back to work and took baby with me. He came to work with me on all shifts then and he did that for about 6m. It's not easy but it's doable

Yes! I work nights. My husband is a very heavy sleeper so I had the same worry. When my husband knows that I’m not there, he’ll wake up at the slightest noise my son makes. He has to get him dressed and to daycare in the morning while I’m still at work. It’s okay to not be comfortable with it, it’s normal to worry! Dad and baby will do fine!

I also work nights, it’s very hard but for the same reason we don’t want to put her in daycare and we don’t have a village that can watch her. I’m out at 7 am and go home and straight to bed. My bf works at 12:30 so he wakes me up at 11:30 am. So I sleep maybe 4 hours. I put baby to bed at 6:30-7 pm and I try getting more sleep until I have to leave at 10 pm to go to work. It’s very hard not having a lot of sleep but I think of it as, this won’t be forever.
