Leaving baby over night
My LG is 16months. She is EBF but will take a bottle…
I’m leaving her overnight with my mum this week for the first time. She usually nurses to sleep and co-sleeps so has boob all night on/off.
I don’t know how my mums going to comfort her when she wakes in the night… She dosnt take a dummy, boob is her only real comfort.
Anyone else left their LO, did it go ok?

I work 3 nights a week and my toddler settles for dad with a cuddle or a bum pat but he never would for me! x
Yeah I left my girl over night at 10 months, she still breast fed but drank expressed milk from a bottle in the day. My husband just gave her expressed milk in a bottle all weekend, it went fine
@Amanda Haha no she eats solids. She just dosnt take milk any other way or have any other comforts / sleep associations, not through lack of trying 😵💫
@Yasmin I’ve been told they can be different for someone else… There’s hope 🙏🏻
@Aimee Oh hopefully same happens for us 😬 I did recently day wean her but she’s fully back on after virus 😫

Do you mean exclusively bf? Like 16 months doesn't eat solids? It's a new experience. Bring a teddy and the bottle your toddler should be just fine. 🙂
