I'm 34 weeks. Breathing techniques and slight movements really helps me. My yoga teacher suggested this and it works almost immediately. The trick is to try and relax your muscles when that happens. Hope it helps you as well :)
Practicing your breathing the same way you would for contractions definitely helps. Getting up and moving around also does - but again that’s recommended through contractions too. Staying hydrated also really good.
Same here just got a very uncomfortable one this night. Would not mind some tips too😩
