Daughter crying in her sleep
My 11 month old keeps crying in the middle of the night but she isn’t moving. She seems to be asleep but will keep doing it on and off for like an hour. I get up to go in there and look at the monitor and she’s out again, so I lay back down. 15 minutes later she starts crying again. We don’t know what to do. When we do eventually decide to go in and sooth, it seems like we are waking her up. Anyone else experiencing this? What should we do? I don’t want to wake her but it sometimes goes on for over an hour on and off and we’re not getting sleep now.

Yes! I thought it was a night terror or she is thirsty but the moments quickly pass and she rarely wakes up completely.
I cosleep with my son and he started doing this around 9 months old but hes like crying and yelling at the same time. I think hes dreaming or he suddenly wakes up and thinks im not around. I usually hold him and he stops and falls back asleep. Maybe try co sleeping until shes a bit older?
