Wtf! Lactose intolerant TMI

No joke when they say you hit your 30's your body starts going down hill. I was never lactose intolerant, only mildly during first trimester then went away, but now I am. Hit like a train out of nowhere. I thought people were joking about how fast their stomachs mess up, but oh my, it's real. Like wtf?!? Why me! Thank God for those lactaid pills, because I finally had a normal 💩 after weeks of trying to figure out what was messing me up

What were the symptoms? I wonder if that’s my issue lol. My 30s haven’t been good to me so far

Women go through 5 hormone cycles in their lifetime and it completely changes the body chemistry each time.

@Hannah not the runs, but the poop before that lol and within 15 minutes, and my stomach would grumble to let me know it was going to happen soon.

Once I turned 29-30. I became lactose and I never had any issues before. I use to love drinking a cup of milk.

@Remy I won't just drink a cup of milk, but I enjoy my cereal, yogurts, and of course ice cream. I can live without cheese, but I never noticed how much I actually consumed until now

I stopped drinking milk around 24 then continued with cereal, ice cream etc. I always keep a lactaid pill.

@Remy I never had those issues until i got pregnant, and for both my pregnancies I became lactose intolerant. Oddly my partner is, and when my children were born they had mild- severe milk protein allergies, and wasn't until they were older could they finally drink regular milk

This is me but with coffee. It sucks.
