Yes generally a 2 hour sleep midday Occasionally he will refuse it
Down after pre school usually about 12.30-1.45 I have to wake him up
My LO is hit and miss. Usually he doesn’t nap but if we’re in the car on an afternoon he can drift off. If he does have a nap then I only give him 20 mins as it massively impacts bedtime
On average an hour to an hour and a half just after lunch.
Hit and miss. He usually goes down around 2pm and if he’s going to nap he’ll sleep 1.45-2.30 hours, then goes to bed at 7pm. Some days he’ll just sit in his crib chatting to his teddies
My LG would sleep for hours if I didn't cut the nap at 2 hours 🤣

Yes, she naps for 1.15hrs. I wake her then as otherwise it affects night sleep.
