Night time routine

Hi mamas, How many times your baby wakes up during the night? What’s your nighttime routine? From a tired mom who wakes up almost every 3 hours!! My LO was pretty great about a month ago and she’d only woke up once during the night, but it’s been almost a week that we’re back to waking up every 3 hours!!

Mine still wakes to feed too. I'm so miserable!

Mine wines quite a few times throughout the night. We put binky back in his mouth and he goes back to sleep. Some nights it's a lot and some it's a few times.

Same. Used to sleep during entire night !

Between 8 and 8 I feed mine 4 times

Mine doesn’t wake up but I sleep feed her at 10:30 and 3:30. She might wine at around 1 but my husband goes to caress her and she falls right back asleep. Sleep feeding is the best bc then they don’t associate the fact they have to wake up and cry to eat. Try feeding her a few mins before you know she’s going to wake up and try to drop a few feedings as you go.

I’m up every 2 hours 😭 of course she sleeps in great once I leave for work… she’s getting close to crawling so I think probably going through a sleep regression while she’s learning new things but oof it’s getting to me
