I went for a long walk
I ate dates every day from about 36 weeks, went on daily walks I had my son at 39w 2 days and the day before I went into labor I was very active and had a nice relaxing bath hope this helps you meet your little one soon!
Yup!!
I did side walk walking. It actually helped put me into labor on my due date. Did it for about a week before labor
