Sleep Deprived

Hello 👋🏼 I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and I feel like I’m waking up every 2 minutes to turn over, I’m really starting to struggle now! I have a pregnancy pillow. Does anyone have any tips for sleeping?? 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’m afraid not… my only tip is if you wake up and don’t have to move, don’t or you’ll then need to pee 🤣

I'm the same too, also 32 weeks! I remember being like this last pregnancy too I have found pregnancy pillow helps a bit but still wake up to wee, to drink or as I have a dead arm🥲x

I’ve been prescribed sleeping tablets that are safe whilst pregnant but I had to literally fight for them. From 14 weeks to 28 I was only getting 3 hours of sleep a night xx

I’ve been sleeping more or less sitting up and I’m finding that comfortable. I use a pillow behind my lower back, as well as 2 to keep me up
