Perimenopause! Not
I just woke up today having a period. ! How can this be if I’m supposed to be perimenopause does this mean I need to time a year so I know it’ll be definitely perimenopause?

Perimenopause = hormone decline/changes, but you still have a cycle, even if irregular (can last for years!!). Menopause= you haven’t had a menstrual cycle for a full year.
