Ours loves the Oli and Carol teething toys, particularly the radish! They’re very cute. You can also use them as bath toys. We’re also getting a lot of success with a new mirror - it’s the mobi peeka development mirror. And she loves stacking rings too. Smaller things are also good for them to start getting to grips with at 7 months. A shape sorter, even though they won’t be able to sort the shapes yet, is great as the smaller parts are good for practice using individual fingers rather than their whole hands to grasp. We’ve got one coming from mushie along with some stacking cups and bath toys
We've got a few toys which are little one loves, some might be abit big for a nappy bag 😅 Vtech sensory sounds musical cube Vtech crawl n learn bright lights ball Big Steps Toy Baby Little Hands Activity Ball KandyToys Hexagon Activity Set | Fun and Roll Baby Toy | Sensory Learning Toy Space teether (has loads of bits sticking off) Soft bath toys (she has some for bath and some for out and about) If you're fine with second hand vinted is great xxx
I'd see if you could take your little one to a geoup/club/ mums babg thing where they can play with stuff and see what he plays with. That way you will not waste money on things that he isn't interested in. We follow montessori at home and one of the things is to get a basket of house hold things and switch them up so eg- a whisk, wooden spoon and a tea spoon... my son loves this! I put all sorts in there. Also looking at the lovevery packs are good as they give you age appropriate toys and then you can find dupes for less money :-) My guy doesn't really like many toys but does enjoy playing/ exploring his sensory blocks, scarfs and tiles. He has an object permanence box but likes to smack the wooden balls on the ait of the box rather than actually put it in the hole! Haha 😅
I’ve got some wooden blocks from Amazon that he really enjoys… also likes some small wooden cats he can push along
