my girl had hers yesterday!
It can seem a lot in one go but honestly most babies settle within 5 minutes and then that’s it done, but getting measles or mumps etc can be weeks of illness and hospitalisation so that’s not a risk I personally see reasonable to take when I can avoid it. The illness would be terrible for the baby and the guilt would be unbearable for me personally.
I thought 4 jabs seemed a lot in one go, but my little boy literally only cried for that few seconds the jabs were in and it was all over within a few minutes. He wasn't upset or anything afterwards either and didn't have any fever or reactions to the jabs the evening/day afterwards.
