That’s baby’s sleep association. Mine was my breast. The idea of sleep training is changing those associations. Mine is a great sleeper now 🙏 I put her down awake and she sleeps by herself.
mine did the same thing, ended up cosleeping because i was running off of 20 minutes of sleep
