Bath Tubs 🛁

We have the Shnuggle baby bath tub which is great but baby has started to kick at the water which goes everywhere, so we’re looking for something that can be used in the adult bath. Are those mesh bath supports any good? Or those foldable baths with the mesh or inflatable supports? Thanks!

We just the shnuggle baby bath inside the adult bath. When my first was big enough we then removed the seat and just lay down in shallow water which the HV recommended so they can kick and splash with more freedom.

My baby did the same.. water everywhere! I used the angel care bath support in the bath tub, then the bath seat when they can sit up unaided

Same as Laura - we used the Shnuggle baby bath inside our bathtub. Our son is 98th centile though so outgrew it pretty quick, so we actually then swapped to a laundry basket. 🤣 He's now outgrowing that but can sit really well unaided, so will be just using the shower mat and plonking him in the bath as is.

Also definitely recommend for baby baths to check out what is being sold second hand. I didn't at first and boy can you save a lot of money!

We had the mesh support which was good but we also just put the Shnuggle in the bath! Once he was sitting confidently we just put him in the bath without any aids.

We had the folding/pop up bath with a support in it which was really good but you obviously have to wash the mesh support in machine which is just another job to do - and she outgrew it so quick. When she was able to sit up we used a bath dam and a small kids bath mat so she had half an adult bath and it was great. We could put toys in there, saved on water and we had her at the opposite end of taps so she couldn’t touch them or pull out plug, I used the shower hose to fill it up. Stopped using it when she wanted to move around the bath more and would push the dam over.
