won’t be alone
my little boy won’t go anywhere alone, not even to the toilet. when does this end?! i have a 12 month old too, recently single and left to do everything. i cant be with him every second that im home he wont even sleep alone now. he’ll tell me he needs a wee and wait for me to finish feeding his sister which sometimes can be 10-15 mins, but he’ll wait for me 😩
and we only live in a 2 bed house so theres no where in the house that we can’t hear each other!
does this get better, is it a normal part of development?

Play pickaboo behide the toilet door or his bedroom door so he always knows u will always be there even if he can't see you ,then after awhile he might get a little braver and go to the toilet on his own

I don’t have any advice however my eldest 6 is autistic and does his thing he’s fine however my nearly 4 year old is like a tick on my butt cheek! However I won’t allow him to sleep in my bed as I don’t want him to think he has that much power over me .. For me it hasn’t got easier but I hope for you it does and you get your space. Your doing an amazing job x
