*in baby - not bath 🤦🏼♀️
At mine they just wanted to check in, talk about breastfeeding and sleeping arrangement and offer support if needed I was annoyed as I spent all morning panic cleaning thinking they’d be checking the house is safe but they didn’t 😂
I’ve got mine coming in mid march … hoping all our redecorating will be done by the time they get here 😬😬
@Claire that’s exactly what I’ve been doing 🤣
I was so annoyed as they didn’t look at anything but at least I had a clean house 😂 They’ll ask you some questions about how you’ve been feeling etc to make sure you’re well and offer support if you need it
At mine they just asked me questions about how I was doing/feeling, they explained what they do and what visits you’ll have after birth, they discussed common issues that may present in bath after birth and what to look out for, they also asked what support I may have (either from partners and/or family), what my plans were for feeding my baby and sleeping arrangements etc. and explained what support/drop ins you can attend for various things such as feeding that I can get either now or when baby is here. They were really friendly and supportive and just want to make sure you know where to go or who to contact if you need any support!
