Try giving her a prune pouch! I give those to my little girl and they work wonders xx
Hiya my little one suffers bad aswell it’s awful to watch them in pain😢💔 what I’ve found helps him is the kiddylicious prune & pear pouches, it has a type of fibre in them. Probiotic drops in his morning bottle, watering down his morning bottle as maybe the amount of cows milk he was having wasn’t helping🤷🏼♀️and also adding Chia seeds to his breakfast. He drinks a lot of water too. I really do feel for you it’s heartbreaking. Hope she gets some relief soon bless her❤️xx
I’ve upped my LO water, and reduced milk! Seems to have helped. She gets constipated not quite to your LO extreme but it’s so horrible to watch.
Coconut milk in a smoothie or curry or soup. It works a treat for non fussy eaters
@Rhi I might have to eventually try the suppositories- she’s quite a fussy eater but will definitely give it a go with those thank you x
@Rosie it’s just horrible yesterday I think I cried more than her😭😂. Ooh that’s a very good suggestion with the prune and pear pouches and the probiotic shots. Thank you so much ❤️ xx
@Hollie my little one drinks a lot of oat milk at night, I wonder if that’s the problem 🤔. She’ll drink at least 10oz throughout the night
Suppositories are really effective , I would really think about this and give it a shot. Lots of fibre Fruit like pears are really good at getting things moving Lots of fluid - water You could maybe put prune puree in yoghurt so she doesn't taste it completely Fresh veggies like spinach, peas broccoli help too I hope she feels some relief soon!
