Don't pull the skin back until it separates on its own (can take up to 5 years old). Just cleaning the outside is sufficient. We bathe 2x/week unless dirty due to eczema and that has been fine for our little guy.
I was told to clean it “like a thumb” Don’t pull the skin back, just wipe over it! We have a dog and sometimes hairs get stuck on his wiener and I’ll pull them off but other than that just wipe the poop off/ give a little wipe after pee and you’re all good! As for the how many wipes- depends on the poo!! Sometimes I can use 5 wipes and sometimes it’s just one! If it’s a really bad one I just put him in the bath lol. We do a bath usually 2x a week! Definitely don’t pull the skin back. Just keep it clean like you would keep any other part of him clean. And periodically make sure you clean underneath it too. I just wipe over and under it and then go down the sides and under the testicles and then I use another wipe(s) for the bum area. We bath every night as part of bedtime routine
Just wipe it, you don’t have to do anything fancy, cleaning boy parts is super easy compared to girlies, little willys only get gammy when they’re 10+ really, I remember having a lesson at school on how to keep clean when we were about 9😆 No need for extra wipes just clean their willy like you clean their nuts
My son gets a bath everyday. We don't pull his skin back it's still attached. He does have quite a bit of skin hanging from the top so I will gently pull that part back to rinse it. When changing I wipe his booty first with how ever many wipes I need. Then I take a diaper wipe and wipe this thigh creases,around his penis, testicles and perineum.
Never ever pull the skin back . You don’t have to do anything unusual. My boy gets a bath every night x
