Sleep
Anyone else just struggling with sleep. It’s not even that I’m uncomfortable as such. Just lie here until 3am not being able to sleep :(

Haven't slept properly in over a week 😩 either to hot, can't get comfortable or just generally wide Awake
I haven’t slept since about 18 weeks and am now 33! There are nights I don’t fall asleep until 6am. It’s horrendous. Have spoken to both the consultant and midwives who blame it on “hormones”
