Contraction or Not
I’m 40 weeks 5 days, I’ve done 4 membrane sweep and cervix is still closed and posterior. I having being having constant braxton hicks and tighten since 9pm last night and manage to sleep for like 2 hours through the night. Is this a sign of labour is it worth ringing triage?

Yeah I would give them a ring. Are they bearable to getting to a point were you would say they are painful?
@Andrea thank you. I’ve given them a ring, midwife said to have a hot bath stay active and look out for other signs of labour and ring back if it’s unbearable
This happened with me too I think the bath then sped it all up further! Good luck, try going to the toilet too that’s how I popped my mucus plug x
