Sickness and diarrhoea 14 weeks

I’m 14+4 weeks pregnant and have had sickness and diarrhoea since 1:30 this afternoon, throwing up every hour and not being able to keep food or water down. I thought maybe it was a sickness bug but I realised I ate a hotdog earlier while out which I didn’t think anything of but after a quick google I think maybe it’s given m food poisoning? Looking for some advice as to what I should do😩
