Period leaks.
Not sure if there’s a solution to this. But nearly every period I have, more soo after birth with them being slightly heavier I am leaking through multiple clothing.
However it’s not the amount, there’s not alot of blood. Im hardly filling a pad but it’s leaking down the sides (groin area) any suggestions how I can avoid this happening soo easily.

You could get affordable period underwear from primark
I use period pants as well as anything else too. Or try a different pad too? The new Always Infinity Flex ones are good.
I put pads inside of period pants, I’ve just got the ones from primark x
I use reusable pads, never had any issues x
Period knickers are a life saver.. M&S heavy ones x

You could try period pants. I have the same problem and I wear tena lady pants over my underwear on my heavier days. It's not the best, but I haven't leaked onto any clothing yet x
