Going home from C Section

Hey! I was wondering what people have or are packing to wear home? After a C section? Struggling to find comfy baggy bottoms that are high waisted! Thanks for your help!

I wore my maternity leggings home

I wore pjs lol. I like the soft stretchy fabric pjs with buttons and long sleeves. I found them in Tesco & H&M xx

I wore (2 sizes too big) leggings that I pulled up super high and a oversize T-shirt :)

I wore a tracksuit from boohoo to and from the hospital! it was super comfy! got it one size up and was perfect

My c section was an emergency (I hadn’t even been in labour) so i left hospital in a dressing gown and the compression stockings they give you! By that point I didn’t really care though!

I just wore the PJ's I wore after my c section. I was comfy in them and didn't see the point in changing to go home to then just get back in them. Comfort is key 🤣

Oversized t-shirt and maternity cycling shorts as it was a heatwave but you will be fine in any high waisted leggings/joggers

I wore joggers which where a size too big and a t-shirt.

I wore a maxi dress but this was bank holiday summer.

I wore tracksuit pants and a baggy jumper

I just lived in PJs I wore high-waisted underwear, high-waisted PJs and a sports bra 🤣

I personally wore a maternity dress home. I didn't wear anything that was tight around my waist for months.

Pjs!

You don’t need to worry about anything being high waisted. Your incision will be lower than any pants you’ll ever wear. Any pants with a stretchy waist or drawstring will work because your belly will be smaller than when you went in, but will still be larger than normal! Think about pants that would have fit you about 5-6 months pregnant. I personally wore some cotton sweatpants, a sweater, and my normal winter coat (was freezing day I was discharged)

Maternity leggings and joggers. I went home in pyjamas though and if I'm not leaving the house I just wear pyjamas as they are the most comfy (currently 2 and a half weeks post C-section).

I wore a dress (but it was summer time).

I bought a comfy matching set off Amazon. Loose pants and shirt but made me feel… put together. 😇

I just wore pjs, no one cares what you’re wearing so you might as well be as comfy as possible x

I wore a dress on the way home… ain’t no way was I dealing with pants after a C-section! lol

I wore baggy pjs home 😊
