Anyone else the same…

My little one is 16 months and won’t eat… She will have a bottle when she wakes up and breakfast usually an hour later but after this she isnt interested When do you give your little ones lunch? And dinner? She has a nap at 12 still so not sure if she’s having lunch too early? But then 2 o’clock after her nap seems too late for lunch?

honestly mine is the same she will have breakfast but not a lot and isn’t really interested in actual meals either

Honestly I’m in the same situation as she won’t eat lunch before her nap as it’s too early, but when she wakes up from her nap it’s too late and she won’t eat! The only meal she really eats is dinner but sometimes that’s hit and miss!

@Steph does your little one eat like pasta and stuff? Mine won’t and I don’t know what to offer her for dinners as all she will eat is toast or porridge. I’m worried she’s not gaining any weight! X

she used to at the start now not so much! we get this porridge from tesco summer fruits one that she likes and she has a banana and she likes beans/ hoops, sometimes she will have like fish fingers or chicken ! i know exactly what you mean my little one is tiny in 6-9 month clothes even they are big! feel free to message me if you would like someone to chat to!

We do lunch after, nursery do it before- she doesnt seem phased either way, definitely worth trying after!

I do lunch after, but he’s a fussy eater anyway, so I just keep offering meals regularly and if he doesn’t eat I give snacks

@Ftj what snacks do you offer

I do lunch after but my 15 month old is soooo fussy with food. I still offer everything I should - whether he eats it or not is a different story!😅

So his fave fruits mainly , or the kiddylicious wafers /baby crisps/ toast/croissant. They definitely go through phases, some weeks he won’t eat meals properly and suddenly he is eating again. Don’t worry too much, I know it’s easier said than done. But always give him something that you know he loves if all else fails
