Headaches
I’m almost 17 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of weeks I’ve had severe headaches from morning to night. I’m drinking loads of water, eating well and sleeping 7-8 hours a night. I’m worried this is a symptom of something bigger and I’m reluctant to keep taking paracetamol! Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m no doctor or midwife or anything but I’m sure severe headaches for a long period of time is a sign of pre eclampsia? I’d deffo get checked and make sure just incase. It might not be but atleast you’ll know x
I had this for 3 days last week I'm now 18 weeks paracetamol didn't touch it and amount drank didn't make difference. I had my late 16 week appointment with it and midwife suggested there is hormonal surge between 16 and 18 weeks. It suddenly dissapeared for me overnight but didn't know what to do with myself unlike any headache I've had before. Hopefully yours goes soon too!
