Nursery to school nursery transition

Hi, I have just visited the primary school for my child's reception year. It makes me wonder if I can put her in the nursery preschool attached to the reception class. Is there any difference between a small nursery with Level 3 qualified staff and a nursery attached to a school with a qualified teacher and three experienced teaching assistants? If so, any improvement if your child did? Pls share
