@Bethan I go next week for my second appointment, so i will wait till then since they probably won’t bring me in any earlier to proscribe me anything.
Is that with the doctor or midwife?? When I called my doctor about my sickness they got me in same day. Its deemed priority as you could get dehydrated 😊
@Bethan i’ve already been in the er for dehydration, and have been good about my water intake since(my mom, grandma, and husband call and text multiple times a day to make sure). other than that my food intake has been low but still nutritious. also it’s with the on of the Doctors.
10 weeks was the peak of morning sickness for me, the thought of eating sounds horrible but I found what helped the best was getting my partner to bring me dry/ lightly margarined toast before I even sat up in the morning. Through the day I'd be sick a lot but this did decrease after 10/11 weeks. The cramps did decrease for me as I went through the first trimester as well.
UPDATE: i have a small patch of fluid (blood) between the sac and my uterus. they believe that it leaked. I also have a fibroid on the outside of my uterus so i may experience more pain as the baby gets bigger. i am worried about it but they aren’t. baby is healthy and i even got to see them move a little.
If you haven’t already then you should make an appointment with your doctor to get something to help with the sickness! You can then discuss any other concerns with them at the same time. My cramping was on and off throughout the first trimester so I wouldn’t worry too much about it but if you’re seeing your doctor anyway for the sickness then you can get a bit of reassurance from them as well!
