Good birthday a present
I know its not to July but it will come around fast my son got this for christmas and hes loved it ajd lwarnt to use scissors to wpuld highly reccommend.

We got some scissors for Xmas for our July 21 child, and she loves them too - always wanting to do some cutting - we just give her some free magazines to cut up (obviously supervised!).
