@Sydney Thank you! Yes it’s my lower belly. I have tried the c-section massages as well. I want to start working out but it seems anytime I exert myself it gets swollen…
I have noticed my lower belly gets swollen too when I work out. I have read it’s just fluid retention from the scar tissue. I’m not sure though? I have been trying to heal my DR and lose weight and my lower belly is not like it was pre-pregnancy. I have heard sometimes c-sections can take up to a year to feel normal again. So I am just giving myself that time 😕 I wish I had more advice!! Maybe check in with your doc and get their opinion?
Is it your lower belly? Mine is still kinda sensitive and seems swollen too. I have heard it will be 6 months to a year before it isn’t so sensitive. But I know everyone is different. I have tired to do some c-section massaging and it does seem like the more I do that, the more it helps that area. I wish I was more help but I am there with you mamma!
