Double whammy 😭
Despite still not leaving the house very much nearly 13 weeks pp, I managed to catch a cold last week, supply tanked, couple days later, I get my first post birth period, supply tanked even more 😭 I’m having to rely on my freezer stash and supplement with formula. Life likes to play cruel jokes on us struggling new mothers sometimes 😭 any advice for getting my supply back up? Or should it just normalise again once my period stops and I’ve gotten over this cold?
It should adjust as you get better, but just make sure you are staying hydrated. To help up the supply I liked making overnight oats then adding brewers yeast and flax seeds to it, also drinking body armor always helped me a bit! You can also add a power pump during the day to help send signals to start producing more. Hope you start feeling better soon!!
