Pre baby body or better…

Everyone keeps telling me it’s impossible to get back to your pre-baby body or better, is it true?

I’m still looking for mine, currently not seen nor found but I am in no pressure for any physical change, I am focus on my mental health for now but I recently started going to the gym which has been helpful mentally…. No pressure mama

My body has definitely changed shape and I'm just trying to embrace it. I'm breastfeeding as well and I'm definitely smaller than I was before I was even pregnant. Not sure if that's a positive or negative but I'm just embracing it knowing that I carried a little person for 9 months

It just takes time, after my Son I hit the gym and started working out, doing weights, barely any cardio, 3 years down the line my body is in better condition before baby. Now I’m having twins 😅😅🤣

I started getting back into the gym again about 1 year PP and by 2 years my body was probably better than pre preg. I was leaner, more muscle, nearly visible abs (on a good day! 😂). Then I decided to get pregnant again and I’m bigger than ever 😮‍💨😂 It will happen if you put the work in.

My muscle definition is the same/more because I still train regularly. But my body shape is different (hips are wider , boobs bigger) I can’t fit into my pre baby clothes as I’m 2/3 sizes bigger but I don’t weigh that much more . Odd ! I don’t think it’s fair to assume our bodies can go back exactly to before after going through pregnancy , childbirth and breastfeeding x

5 months postpartum and back to my pre-baby weight. My clothes still fit from pre-baby. I was working out during my pregnancy and also got back into workouts after 8 weeks but not as consistent. Focusing on healthy foods. I feel like my body performs so much better now than it did before. I am more flexible 🤷🏾‍♀️

After my first I “snapped back” in about two months and honestly thought I looked the same as before. But I was very active before and during that pregnancy. Second pregnancy I was a lot less active, I got huge and had a big baby 🫠 I’m nearly two years postpartum, have diastasis recti, still have some weight to lose and my body definitely changed (hips widened). I’m back to working out regularly now, so I’m hoping that will help feel more myself.

I used to get so upset hearing this when I was pregnant. But it couldn't have been further from the truth in my experience. My body is so much better after pregnancy. I love my curves! I was back in my jeans 3 weeks pp and have a new found respect for my body. Please don't listen to those people x

I’m thinner now than I was before I got pregnant. I kept fit through pregnancy and got back into exercise a few days after she was born. Added to never having time to eat for first three years 😂 I guess different for everyone but not true that it’s impossible to get back to pre pregnancy or better even

I found mine came off when I started sleeping, I started exercising again and had the brain power to cook healthier dinners. It was slow but steady between a year and a half and 2 years

I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight 2 weeks after each of my two pregnancies, once all water retention etc was gone. Small diastatis recti above the belly button following my second pregnancy which is not yet quite gone, but not noticeable and otherwise pretty much the same as before kids. Breastfed both. Kept fit throughout the pregnancies with regular running and HIIT until the days I gave birth. Had to have c-sections both times.
