Correct peak? Easy @ home

I’m new to ovulation testing. First cycle Iv done this for. So not sure exactly how it works. But it said online my peak should be a really dark line . Darker than the control. But my chart is already saying peak? I’m not sure it it’s incorrect. And seems early on cycle day 8?? Today I had to move the arrows when I took the photo to the lines. But I didn’t notice that I had to do that on the peak day photo so maybe I done it incorrect? Apple Watch bbt hasn’t gone up yet either. But have had the egg white discharge. Just confused with how the sticks work?? Never used anything like them with me first pregnancy.

It looks like the app has incorrectly identified a peak line (my guess is that it’s read the max line instead). That’s definitely not a peak, you can edit it by swiping left on the test picture and then hitting edit. I’d say it’s around 0.25 xx

@Tara Thankyou!! When its peak would the two lines be the same colour? X

Yes, they’ll look like this ☺️ xx

Keep testing. Move up to twice a day once you get near to when you think you are close so you don’t miss it. It will give your peak as “high” not “peak” at first. It changes to “peak” once you track a lower test so it knows that was the top and your peak.

I’m not sure why that says peak, with a 1.3 your test line should be darker than the control line, but it isn’t. It’s pretty much as faint as the other tests, and those all read “low”. You should retake the photo I think. That’s not a peak. It would also be quite early to ovulate on CD 8.
