@Genai Thank you so much for responding! Did your babes take to it fast or was there an adjustment period? My work schedule is flexible but I try to get up and work early while he’s asleep. If I can make that work, we can go after he’s had his first meal.
I started taking my daughter around 4 months and she’s 17 months now. She absolutely loves it. Both places I take her normally have the same people so she’s familiar with them and that helps. It did take some adjusting at first especially when she was in her separation anxiety stage but now we are good.
Hi! Not sure if your state or city has a Crunch Fitness, but that's where I work out and my daughter loves the Kids Crunch area! She looks forward to us going every single week, and the staff loves her. She's potty training, so they take her to the potty when she first arrives. I give them her food and they make sure she eats. They also let me know if she has a dirty diaper and then I'll have to go change her. The monthly fee is super cheap as well, so I'm very happy with her being there with me. I've seen babies as young as 6 months and the counselors take really good care of them.
@Ashlyn I’m hoping he’ll like it. This would be a game changer for me.
@Shade T. I haven’t come across that gym in my search, but I’m hoping this one I found will work. Not too many have the child care center. What’s cool is it’s included in the monthly fee. And my boy isn’t potty trained. Definitely gonna have to take a break if he starts spreading them fumes lol
Yes, it's great that the fee is included. I hope everything works out for both of you.
I’ve been taking my daughter with me since she’s 5mo she’s 8mo now and she loves it i put her stroller in bassinet mode and sit her up with her toys snacks and water she plays snacks and people watches the sooner you start the better
I make sure she’s well rested and fed before and bring out toys little by little to keep her entertained
@Christina I didn’t even think of taking him and parking him near me. He’s 16 months so that may be hit or miss lol
@Christina we’d have to leave right after his first meal of day. I was sitting here brainstorming the best timeframe.
Yes we go right after she has her breakfast and is ready to play
I love it! 16months is a good age to start doing it! I've done it with both of my children because I needed workouts for mental health PP. the daycare workers are so loving and the children begin to get used to the faces, esp. if you go around a certain time.
