Overnight pumping
Do we have to pump every 2-3 hours overnight or will supply dip if we leave it 4 or 5 hours?

I pump every 4 hours including overnight
I pumped every 2-3 hours in the night till probably 3 months and then I went longer and only pumped once in the night up until 4 months and then I only pumped in the day x
I have always pumped just once at 3am since my daughter was 3 days old. My last pump before bed is 9am. My supply only dipped when I became stressed before Christmas, it's slowly coming back

Depends how far pp you are. By 8 weeks I could comfortably leave a 7h gap at night. Now i can sleep 11-7.30 and be fine. Through the day though I still have to be every 4 hours max
