Birthday party ideas (need ideas)

Hey mamas! My babygirls first birthday is coming up in April and her dad and I want to start getting a plan together asap so we can get invitations out asap. But we still haven’t been able to pick a place/venue for it. She’s o my turning one so it needs to be baby friendly place and we don’t want to spend a lot of money. Anyone know of any good places or ideas? We are in Tacoma area also! If anything we might just host it at grandmas house but we were hoping to go somewhere where all the kids can play

Idk what the weather is like there in April but you could always do it at a park.

Host at grandmas house! Kids love grandmas house 😁 Throw a cute spring theme. “First trip around the sun” “One sweet peach” “Fairy First” etc.

I have a lot of family that want to be there for my son’s first birthday. Hopefully it will be warm enough we can do it at a park but I don’t want to do something too big bc he won’t remember. Planning birthdays for babies is hard

@Jay that’s how I feel like she’s still so young so I know she won’t remember, if anything it’s more for the rest of the family to get to celebrate her and see her and that’s why I’m leaning more towards doing a bbq/party at grandmas

@Alyssa there’s actually a little park in grandmas neighborhood so I’m thinking if the weather is good we can plan to do a bbq there and if it starts raining we can move it back into the house!
