Brown blood when wiping…6weeks 3days
Hey all, I posted yesterday that I had a slight pink/brown tinge discharge when I went to the loo and in the night I went to the loo and wiped and there was some blood - I’ve since put a pad in and it’s got a few spots in since 3:30am but nothing massive and when I wipe I’m getting brown-y blood. I’m really heartbroken this could be the start of something bad, I called the EPU and they said to keep an eye but they had no appointments for the whole of next week 😕 (sorry for TMI on the photo) xx

Hey gal! I had this around 5/6 weeks and called the EPU. They said it’s really common and to just keep an eye on any changes. Things like if it gets heavier and you have cramping. Luckily I had a private scan so baby was all okay but maybe see if you could book one or just take the next available appointment the EPU have? I hope you’re okay 🩷

Hey I really hope you’re not spiralling too much❤️ i know each EPU is different but i know mine said if it lasts for a week or is accompanied by bad cramping that they will fit you in as an emergency. Is there any way you can push to be seen sooner? I’m coming up to 10 weeks now and had brown spotting around exactly 6weeks and 3 days, which lasted for 3 days. I had an early scan and the baby was absolutely fine with a healthy heartbeat. So it doesn’t mean the worst, but absolutely good to get checked even if just to put your mind at rest too.
