12 weeks PP - still no period?

Hi! I had my second baby 12 weeks ago now and still haven’t had my period. I’m formula feeding and only breastfed for the first few days. Should I be worried? I did a pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago (10 weeks pp) and this was negative.
