How many pumping sessions per day?
I am almost 7 months pp. Wondering how many sessions I should have in a day, and for how long?

@Dominique out of interest what does your pump schedule look like?
@Jay-Louise at the moment I pump at 1 am, 7am, 1pm and 7 pm
@Dominique How long do you pump for each session
20 to 30 mins. Was pumping for 30 before I went from 5 to 4 pumps per day, but this first week on 4 ppd I have been pumping for 20. I hope to keep it at 20 if my output is stable! I did pump for 30 once yesterday. At the moment my boobs are still adjusting to the new schedule, as in, dealing with engorgement.
