Blood tests

Just wondering if anyone can advise. Any nurses on here? I went to have some blood tests done today and they found it really hard to get blood. One of the nurses used the same needle several times to try, even putting the needle down, finding the vein and then redoing it. I didn’t think it was right at the time but since googling it I’m quite cross and worried! What are the chances I’m going to end up with some sort of infection from this?
