It’s so important this is my second , and through this pregnancy mines been so much weaker!
I should take my own advice really but I deffo recommend you try your best to do the exercises if you can- I was always advised to set an alarm for every hour, squeeze for 10 seconds and then slowly let go (3X) I had a weak pelvic floor throughout my third trimester and after having my first baby. Went to Pilates for a year and worked it back up, now I’m half way through my second pregnancy and obviously haven’t learnt my lesson, and can literally feel it weakening day by day😅 I think I might set those alarms for myself immediately 😂 xx
I've been soooo bad at this!!! Because I don't have a bladder I forget to do the exercises but know that they are super important!!
