hmm, I think most people go by corrected age for sleep stuff, but every baby is different, so just do what feels right for you and your little one! I actually checked the 'Heal Baby Care App' for this and here's what it says: "At 7 months old with a corrected age of 5 months, it's generally best to consider his corrected age when assessing sleep needs and schedules. At this stage, many babies still take 3 naps, but you might want to gradually transition to 2 naps as he approaches 6 months corrected. For nighttime sleep issues, consider establishing a consistent bedtime routine and ensuring he has a conducive sleep environment. Have you noticed any patterns or triggers that might be causing his nighttime awakenings?
Go off corrected age. But also start monitoring how much total sleep he needs and pay attention to wake windows. If he’s sleeping 3 hours but waking up, then he may not have enough sleep pressure built up to sleep longer. Sometimes that last nap needs to be capped or if too close to bedtime, then only allow a catnap (or move out bedtime that day)
