I believe they're meant to have around 600ml at this age, I offer 6oz every 4 hours and he has breakfast, lunch and a little snack in the afternoon/evening
My baby has breakfast, then 9oz bottle before first nap, then lunch, then dinner and then 9oz before bedtime so around 18oz of formula a day
My daughter have 3 meals a day and around 20oz per day and this is usually 2 or rarely 3 bottles.
@Jessica my doctor said babies are supposed to get any where from 24/30 ounces in a 24 hr period even including food food shouldn’t take over how much milk baby has until there one
I am sure it’s on the NHS website, babies around 6-9 months may have 600ml of milk as a guideline.
210ml bottle wake up Breakfast Lunch Afternoon bottle 210ml Dinner Bed time bottle 210ml Always leaves about an ounce She’s nearly 9 months old but has had this routine since about 7 months old
@April Glover surprisingly how different advice is offered by doctors compared to general NHS. Currently NHS recommendations are after 6 months minimum 20oz per day however some babies do drop bottles quicker and if they drop under 500ml multivitamin should be added.
5oz bottle on waking at 7, Breakfast 8.30 Small snack about 10.30/11 Lunch about 12.30/1 Snack/dinner 4ish 8oz bottle before bed 6pm She’s 8 months old ☺️ x
