Yes major tantrums occasionally yesterdays was the worse on our way to pre school cause it started we needed to go downstairs in the lift not the stairs as I had buggy for sibling instead of baby carrier. Then my son likes to go out the side door but front door is easier with buggy… another tantrum! His tantrums took up a lot of time so we could no longer walk… another tantrum and I had to attempt at getting him in the car kicking and screaming it was awful in the end I just shut the car door and turned around till he calmed down then I was able to strap him in. He had another tantrum when we got to pre school cause he wanted to wear his coat for the 20 second walk into pre- school 😖 he had a great day at pre school though went in smiling and waving 😅 me full of stress and mum guilt that his morning had been so awful and I couldn’t do much to help him just gotta ride the waves! 😣
I feel your pain. My daughter has some intense tantrums and nothing seems to help. I sometimes have to give her space knowing that in 5 to 10 minutes she'll be in a place where she'll accept a hug and help to calm down. Last week, we spent 20 minutes sat on the floor of the changing room, whilst my older daughter had her swimming lesson and my two year old screamed and cried. No logical reason for the melt down either. Hoping she grows out of it soon.
